Cancellation Policy

Full refund of the conference registration fee, less a $150.00 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing by August 20, 2013. For cancellations received August 21 - September 6, 2013 a $350 processing fee will be applied. Substitutions are acceptable. We are sorry that NO refunds or cancellations will be possible after September 6, 2013.
